NO Means “Next Opportunity”

by Fr. Jess Ty  |  10/19/2025  |  Weekly Reflection

Dear Family of God,

NO means “Next Opportunity,” what a positive attitude! This weekend we will hear the teaching about being persistent in prayer. God wants us all to never give up with our prayer life and with our interceding for the conversion of those who have not known yet the love of God.

Prayer is powerful, especially praying the Holy Rosary, meditating in the life of Jesus and Mary, and imitating her how she ponders God’s Word and fulfil His will in her life. This kind of prayer, with total trust in God changes the course of history.

God answers every prayer, but sometimes His answer is different from what we expect. Nevertheless, he always answer our prayer with “yes,” or “no,” or “here it is better than what you have asked,” or “please wait.”

May we all know that God is for us, He loves us and desires what is best for us. He sent His Only Begotten Son as an example for us to follow. Jesus gave us His own Mother to help us along the way of being His Missionary Disciples.

May we all persevere in following Our Lord Jesus Christ for He is Our Faithful Savior.

In Christ through Mary Immaculate.
