All women of Our Lady of Joy parish are invited to join Our Lady’s Guild. Stewardship, spirituality, fundraising, and informative general meeting programs with social gatherings blend to make membership in Our Lady’s Guild an enriching and rewarding experience for our members. Our faith is put into action when we help others. Last year, our Holiday Bazaar and Wine Tasting FUNdraising events provided $23,564.77 for our charitable outreach. From September to May we meet monthly, typically on the third Tuesday at 9:00 AM for general meetings, informative programs and lunch. Annually, we facilitate the Parish Christmas Project, have a festive Christmas Luncheon, attend an Ash Wednesday retreat and hold various fundraising events. Special interest groups, such as Book Club, Theater Group, Bridge, Quilters, Prayer Shawl Ministries and Prayer Chain draw like-minded members together. Welcome Coffees for women who are interested in finding out more about Our Lady’s Guild activities will be held on a Saturday, in the fall.
